Comparative Market Analysis

Let us begin by doing a  comparative market analysis of your property.  We will analyze data of recent sales that are comparable to your property and improvements to determine the current estimated value of your home.

Preparing Your Home

De-cluttering is essential in preparing your home for sale.  In some situations we will recommend the professional assistants of a stager.  A stager may do a light redesign of your home utilizing your existing furniture and accessories or a complete staging project where outside furniture is used to attract the current buyers.

Photography & Floor Plans

Once your home has been prepared to list we will have professional photographer come and shoot your home, as well as, do drone photography and floor plans.

Advertising

We will use traditional avenues of local, regional and national print media, direct mail, event marketing, as well as, online efforts including social media, email campaigns, re-targeting and mobile marketing.

Open Houses

With the buyers consent, we will host a series of open houses for both Realtors and the public.  Today's buyers spend a lot of time previewing the inventory online and then attend open houses before securing an agent to help with their search.
